As a new addition to our website, "Book Corner" is a great spot to talk about different things life throws at us.  People just like you and me, who've gone through what we're going through, writing down what God has done in them. 

Men Are Like Waffles Women are Like Spaghetti

This month we've been invited to translate for Bill and Pam Farrel at a couple's night at Vineyard Church in Mexicali, B.C. Mexico on Friday, February 13.  Bill and Pam have written "Men Are Like Waffles Women Are Like Spaghetti" as a glimpse into the inner workings of both men and women.

What we've liked about it is its easy-to-understand and humorous look at married life; and the complications we run into when we don't completely understand how our spouse processes information or how they attack problems.  The waffles and spaghetti reach into every facet of our lives; how we relax, how we fight, into the bedroom, it even finds itself into our achievements.

The book is filled with great illustrations and helpful discussion questions in the back to start exercising some of the things you've learned, including chapter discussion and couple communication questions.
